刘峰

  • 研究员(Professor Feng Liu)
 中国科学院动物研究所研究员,博士,博士生导师。国家杰出青年科学基金项目资助者、中青年科技创新领军人才。1999年获中国科学院遗传研究所博士学位,2000年至2009年分别在新加坡国立大学、美国范德堡大学和英国牛津大学从事博士后工作,利用斑马鱼和非洲爪蟾研究造血干细胞发育和分化。以第一作者或通讯作者在国际核心期刊发表多篇学术论文,包括:PNAS、Blood、Dev Cell、Nat Commun、CurrBiol、Cir Res和Cell Res等。目前担任国际实验血液学会(ISEH)会员管理委员会委员、中国动物学会发育生物学专业委员会副主任委员兼任秘书长、中国国家斑马鱼资源中心(CNRC)理事会理事。

主要研究领域(Research Interests):

 以斑马鱼和小鼠为模式动物,研究血液系统发生的分子机制,尤其是血液与心血管干细胞/前体细胞的形成、造血干细胞命运决定、维持及分化等,力图阐明调控血液系统发育的信号通路和基因调控网络,为体外编程和重编程造血干细胞以及治疗相关人类疾病提供理论基础。

Our laboratory is mainly focused on hematopoiesis and stem cell development, including genetic control of hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) developmentand molecular regulation of thymopoiesis and T cell development。
