唐铁山

  • 教授(Professor Tie-Shan Tang)
 中国科学院动物研究所研究员,博士,博士生导师。1998年获中国科学院发育生物学研究所理学博士学位,随后留所任助理研究员。2000年至2009年在美国德州大学西南医学研究中心生理系做博士后和讲师,2009年起,担任中国科学院动物研究所研究员,长期从事钙信号、线粒体以及DNA修复通路与神经退行性疾病分子机理的研究,有关成果在Cell、Neuron、Mol Cell、ProgNeurobiol、PNAS、Nucleic Acids Res、Hum Mol Genet和J Neuroscience等期刊发表论文40多篇,被引用2200多篇次,H-Index目前为23。现担任中国老年学学会衰老与抗衰老科学委员会理事、北京分子生物学与生物化学学会理事,《神经药理学报》杂志编委。

主要研究领域(Research Interests): 

主要研究钙信号紊乱、线粒体功能异常以及DNA修复缺陷与神经退行性疾病的关系,探索以钙信号通路、DNA修复通路和线粒体为靶标的神经退行性疾病治疗方案和治疗药物。从分子、细胞到整体动物水平研究:舞蹈病、帕金森病、ALS、颅面异常痴呆综合症等神经退行性疾病的发病机制与治疗。
