清华大学生命学院助理教授、博士生导师。2001年获中国科学技术大学学士学位；2005年获得中国科学院物理研究所博士学位；2005.9-2008.3 美国阿岗国家实验室/国立癌症研究所蛋白质晶体学实验室博士后；2008.4受聘于清华大学生命科学学院。主要从事基于细聚焦同步辐射光束线站的微小膜蛋白晶体结构测定技术的研究和应用。具体研究包括：1）微小膜蛋白衍射数据的收集方法和处理技术；2）低分辨率衍射相位的求解；3）低分辨率的模型构建和结构修正。近年来一直从事蛋白质晶体结构分析方法学研究。自2008年受聘清华大学后，主要解决膜蛋白结构分析中的困难问题。主要研究领域（Research Interests）：
膜蛋白晶体学：利用X射线晶体学解析与重大疾病相关的膜蛋白的晶体结构，同时探索利用细聚焦光束线测定微小膜蛋白晶体结构的技术，及微小晶体衍射相位的获取和结构分析等关键科学问题。
